I am an Assistant Professor of Human Resource Studies at Cornell University. My research examines stereotyping and inequality, creativity judgments, and motivational underpinnings of organizational attitudes and behavior. I have published articles in Psychological ScienceJournal of Applied Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, and Journal of Experimental Social Psychology. My work has been covered by outlets such as Harvard Business Review, Scientific American, Forbes,  and Inc. magazine.
