Devon Proudfoot

Devon Proudfoot is an Assistant Professor of HR Studies at Cornell University’s ILR School. Her research examines stereotyping and discrimination, how creative ideas are evaluated, and what motivates employees’ organizational attitudes and behaviors.

Her research has been published in leading journals in psychology and management, including the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, Psychological Science, Management Science, Journal of Applied Psychology, and Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes.
