Devon Proudfoot

Devon Proudfoot is an Assistant Professor of HR Studies at Cornell University’s ILR School. Her research examines stereotyping and discrimination, how creative ideas are evaluated, and what motivates employees’ organizational attitudes and behaviors.

Her research has been published in Psychological Science, Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Experimental Social Psychology and Personality and Social Psychology Bulletin.
